Who's Earl...
About the Founder
I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Educated in the Baltimore City Pulbic School system, it wasn't until attending Univeristy of MD Eastern Shore (UMES) where I met my soulmate Annette and we have walked together ever since.
I recieved a Bachelor of Science from the UMES and would go on to achieve advanced degrees in information technology and theology from University of MD and North Carolina School of Theology respectively.

In June of 2021, Earl was installed as the Sr. Pastor of The Restored Life Church.
